The Hosts - Jose & Claudia = Us 
We got to host our neighborhood wine club on Saturday. The theme was German Wines (of course!) and we had lots of German food (thanks to all our neighbors for bringing such delicious dishes!).
I tried “Kaesespaetzle” and they turned out pretty well – never knew you could buy Spaetzle at the World Market! Of course I still prefer the ones I used to eat in Germany or the ones of the Willow Tree Cafe in Sanford
Nevertheless, it was a fun night with about 25 guests. Looking forward to the next event already!
