Zumba Classes at Heart 2 Heart

For anyone who wants to try some Zumba right here in Sanford, Heart 2 Heart Wellness Center will be offering Zumba fitness classes every Friday at 10:00am, starting November 4th, 2011.

What: Zumba Fitness with Valeria Lopiccolo:

When: Fridays at 10:00am

Where: Heart2Heart Wellness Center, 1120 Lexington Green Lane Sanford, FL 32771

Cost: $10 Per person

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-fusion dance that embodies Salsa, Cha-Cha, Samba, Meringue, Calypso, Funk, Hip-Hop, and more. Zumba is a high energy dance party where participants get an aerobic workout and enjoy themselves. Valeria says no dance experience is required to do Zumba. It’s like having a party with friends! Just have fun
