September Sanford Selfie Winners

Sanford Selfie Competition LogoHere we are folks! At long last, I have our September Sanford Selfie winners! Winning the Hometown Favorite prize of a complimentary beer brewing class with our town’s leading experts at the Sanford Homebrew Shop:

Brian Bazala!

Brian Bazala September Sanford Selfie Winner

Claudia and I loved how Brian captured a classic Sanford moment at Celery City Craft! We also thought that since he is clearly a a craft beer lover that he would have a great time learning the basics of brewing his own beer with Gary and Aaron. Thank for the selfie, Brian, and thank you so much to the wonderful Sanford Homebrew Shop for donating a class! If you want to learn to brew or have any questions about beer (or life, really), the Sanford Homebrew Shop is the perfect one stop shop.

And winning the top prize of $100 Selfie Dollars is…

Lilly Boyanton!

September Sanford Selfie Winners

Lilly captured another great Sanford Moment during the Pirates of St. Juan Festival Pub Crawl: dressing up as buccaneers and pillaging around town! I’m so happy that she entered this selfie because I remember talking personally to her about the Sanford Selfie Competition. Had no idea her selfie would be such a winner! Thank you to Lilly for submitting, thank you to Spectacle Photo for judging, and thank you to our incredible sponsors, Photoboom for donating the $100 prize this month.

That’s all for September, and October is underway. Submit your selfie for the chance to win $100 to spend in Downtown Sanford at family owned businesses, courtesy of the fabulous Jeanine Taylor Folk Art Gallery, or a $50 gift certificate from the Hollerbach Family. Thanks again for your participation, and I can’t wait to see more of your selfies!
