Believe it or not, after living almost 10 years here in Sanford I have never made it out to see the Parade of Lights held annually in downtown. Well, this year I made sure to keep the day completely free so we could go and see the parade. I am so glad we did, the floats and lights were amazing (my picture of the day really doesn’t do justice to the beauty of the lights)! The kids really enjoyed it. I wish though there would have been a bit more music to accompany the floats…
Nevertheless, this is an event well worth seeing and I will announce next year’s parade here on the blog as well as on the facebook page.
