At the Willow Tree German Restaurant in Sanford

This month’s Alive After Five was a 2nd attempt at the Oktoberfest event that was canceled due to heavy rain in October. So the Alive After Five organizers decided to have an Oktoberfest in November. The “Novemberfest” turned out great, lots of people showed up and the lines at the free beer tents and free pretzel booth were huge, as you probably can imagine.

The pictures I took outside didn’t turn out quite so well so I just chose one we took inside the German restaurant where we all had some great German food and got challenged to a beer drinking contest (that we lost…). I had my video camera with me though and below is a quickly put together impression of this year’s Oktoberfest re-do in Sanford.
