Day 42 – Super Target in Sanford

So here is a little bit about my favorite (grocery) store in Sanford (right by the mall at 1201 W P Ball Blvd., open Mon-Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 8am-9pm). Everyone who has walked into Target with the intention to only grab some groceries and then walked out with shopping bags full of other things, such as clothing and shoes (especially that, got to love their brands and the Go International! fashion line), home decoration, or just any other Target specific item (=well designed and packaged products) that was not on the shopping list knows what I am talking about

What I appreciate about Target is their consistent quality, clean stores, relaxing atmosphere, service (rarely do I ever have to wait at the cash register) and design/creativity. I know Target may sometimes be a little pricier than the competition but I am paying that difference anytime and am happy to do so. Some of the profit is also given back to the community by Target (e.g. local schools and arts).

BTW, check out their web site (target.com) because especially clothing that is on sale is offered at heavily reduced prices, even better than the 70% rack you find in store. Quick delivery and you can use your amazon.com account to pay. And best of all, you can return things at the store if they don’t fit, no need to mail merchandise back. Shipping is mostly free after you have spent $50. Great place to find holiday gifts, too…
