Baldwin Park is, as many of you may know, the beautiful urban lifestyle community in the heart of Orlando, close to Winter Park, downtown and arts/museums/parks. Hi, can you provide some additional details about the property in Baldwin Park for $209K? Interested in monthly maintenance fees, taxes, etc. Can you give an idea of what kind of “work” needs to be done? Thanks!
