Sadly, a few months ago, our go to sushi place just around the corner closed. I was happy though to see a new restaurant recently open in the same location: Bambu Vietnamese Restaurant! I had only once before eaten Vietnamese food and really enjoyed it so I  was eager to visit Bambu. I can say I truly loved the food! I went for lunch and based on the amount of guests it was already clear that this place must be good. We even had to wait for a table (that rarely happens anywhere in the area). The prices were also more than reasonable. Now if I could just remember how to write (or even pronounce) the dish I ate – I do however remember it was number 25 and of course I snapped a picture of it (Rice vermicelli with grilled pork, spring rolls and mixed vegetables).
Definitely check out this restaurant, I am going to go back often and try all those other dishes on their menu that looked oh so yummy!
